DAGRADA Lancia #007 Formula Junior
Purchased from the Estate of John Schroepfer, he had purchased this car from a yard sale in the early 70’s.
This car was part of the 2 or 3 cars that were imported by Chuck Frederick, a Chevrolet dealer in Colorado, Dagrada 006, 007, 008 all raced out of Colorado.
This car 007 was raced in 1964 by Jimmy Mulhall. Then presumably raced by Edna Sherman.
Mr. Schroepfer had tinkered with it over the years restoring various parts and collecting needed pieces.
He had one Lancia Appia cylinder head modified to duplicate the original crossflow racing version as run in the Dagrada Junior.
There are lots of new parts he had gathered over the years.
Major parts that I have noticed are missing, 3 backing plates for the brakes, intake manifolds, exhaust headers and a fuel cell. Take a close look at the pics, many projects completed, but much still to be done.

Ten front engine Dagrada Formula Juniors were constructed, along with one rear engine car.
There may have been as many as thirteen built, unknown at this time. 6 maybe 8 cars still exist, a rare car.

1960 Lola Mk2 – Chassis number BRJ-13
Originally bought and raced in 1960 by Roy Winklemann.
Subsequently, various owners including Ted Martin, who used it as a test chassis for his engine developments.
Brought back from Italy by Irvine Laidlaw in 2000 and sold to the current owner.
Totally rebuilt, including new body panels from Keith Roach.
Car is race ready – last raced at Angoulême in September 2024.
Richardson engine, Jack Knight gearbox internals. Spare aluminium tail, painted and ready to fit if needed.
